Household effects can be imported duty and tax free into Australia as long as they
have been owned and used for more than 12 months by you

TRANSIT TIMES
Groupage– A shared container service takes about 10-14 weeks door to door.
Sole use containers 6 - 9 weeks port to port. There is a weekly service for full container loads.
Transit times do vary depending on customs or immigration delays, weather conditions.
